What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges for items purchased from FergoApparel.com are accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase. A $10.50 fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition and include the original packaging.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Items may arrive in separate packages, and if shipped separately, each package will have its own tracking number.
I have not received my order. How can I track it?
A shipment confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order ships. Please check your spam folder and ensure Fergo Apparel is added to your safe sender list. If you lost your confirmation email, visit the Track My Order page for assistance.
What is the normal shipping time?
FERGO PULSE leather items may take 2–3 weeks for delivery due to the custom nature of many products. Ready-to-wear items typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
What shipping providers do you use?
Orders may be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Where do you ship from?
All Fergo Apparel products ship from Hollywood, Florida.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Currently, weekend (Saturday and Sunday) delivery is not available. We continue working to improve our services.
Do you ship to Canada?
At this time, we do not ship to Canada.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

Why was my order cancelled
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email. Possible reasons include a declined payment method or the item being out of stock.

Fergo Apparel honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price items purchased from fergoapparel.com within 10 business days of the purchase date.

Yes. Fergo Apparel is required to collect sales tax on all purchases.
Do you have a physical store location?
Fergo Apparel is currently an online-only store.
Can I ship my order to a store for pickup?
No. Store pickup is not available at this time.
